[FIXED B455] FREMM issue

Hello. The Italian FREMM Bergamini, (and only the Italian version) in addition to the cannon OTO Melara 76/62 rear mounts a Oto 127/64 LW front. Can be upgraded to the DB? Thanks, this game is beautiful!

Have updated the guns, ESM/ECM gear, plus adjusted the Horizon class a little.
