Basic Training Submarine Buge?

Hello,
I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but while playing the Basic Training Submarine Operations 2013, I noticed that the Submarine automatically attacked the land target with Tomahawk Cruise Missiles without a target being designated. I has selected ASuW Patrol, mixed mode and the Submarine launched the TLAM's destroying the target without me designating it. I took a look at the log, and couldn't find the entry where the submarine launched them, but did find the analysis of the damage done to the buildings.
