Checking mission configuration unmanned sub= 75& av. Manned sub= 75 % av.
Unmanned suborbital = average rel 39% Manned orbital= av. rel. 39%

Because of this delay my Mercury program was finnished in 1970 with no Gemeni after to start. Maybee my 2 remaining satelite programs, bio and frog makes me start Gemeni. Checking that now.
Nope no Gemeni. Ok I will continue probe missions then.

I think the developer said the Gemini and Apollo missions haven't been included yet? I could be wrong on that.

My second try on Mercury also retarded atlas back, but this time to 0%.
After a quicker R%D then last time I suucceded to launch the unmanned orbital but the manned orbital have auto fail at step 3. Reproduced 10 times.
Also to observe is that several of the badges already are green even thou the missions is not succeded. This is on all mission types tried. Maybee remnants from last game session. but that is just a guess.
Also that every time I finish the game I get a win7 program failiure notice.
Also a strange result of a aborted pilot change on X-15 mission prepair. Not reproduced yet.

Do you have a savefile for this?

Hello Swedewolf,

I got your savefile. I don't understand what's the issue being reported. What's wrong with the reliability of the Atlas being 2%?

Oh is it WAD? Same rocket is 75 % on the 2 first mission and is only 2% for the next 2, I was sure it was a bug. The launch vehicle maybee need to push the capsule to an higher orbit but drop to nearly useless feels odd and especially time consuming to re-research. The experience learned from the suborbital mission and not to mention the extra reliabilty % you gain from the earlier Mercury missions.
Every other new mission unlocked using this rocket need not or realy little to research as it already a proven rocket. So why not in the same program? I can understand if it drops but all previous has been successfull launches.
cheers

But it's not the same rocket. The suborbital missions use the Redstone rocket, whereas the orbital ones use the Atlas. I'm working on a mechanic in order to be able to "transfer" reliability gained from one mission component to another, because clearly accomplishing the experience gained in previous missions should have a positive impact in future ones but, at the moment, what you're seeing is WAD.

Oops, I didnt see that [8|]
Does that mean I can put researchers on the Atlas while the first two missions is researched? I gonna try that.
cheers

Absolutely, from the very moment you open a new program you get all the mission components and you can assign SET personnel right away.
