Low priority OCD shortcut icon related problem

Post by VilleYrjola »

Hey guys and sorry for nitpicking on something so irrelevant.

Has anyone else noticed that Command tends to lose its shortcut icon, especially if you move it from desktop? This keeps happening to me and I have to manually set the icon back via game files. I am running Windows 8.1, but I can confirm that this happened on Windows 8 as well.

Have not had the issue. Been running 8.1 for over a month.

Try making a new folder and then moving the shortcut into that folder. Then refresh the folder. That's when it goes blank. Maybe I should consider reinstalling just to see if that helps. I like to keep my games in the game folder (the one that Windows has, games explorer I believe it was called), but it drives me crazy when the icon goes missing.

I run the shortcut from a desktop folder and always have.
