Couple of Questions on Personnel

Post by stilicho410 »

1. Is there any way to fire SET or other personnel? I'm several years into my first game, and some of the technicians I started with are poor performers compared to the ones I've hired since. (Perhaps when "Advanced Training" is implemented, they'll be of more use.)

2. On the personnel, what does the "light bulb" and "star" values signify?

Thanks,

Hello stilicho,

At the moment there's no way to dismiss personnel, but we'll add that feature soon.

The light bulb is the learning ability of the employee, it's related to the advanced training. The value associated with the star indicates whether the employee has undergone advanced training or not.
