Soviet Front HQ

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue simulates the German drive to Stalingrad and into the Caucasus of the summer of 1942, as well as its May preludes (2nd Kharkov offensive, Operation Trappenjagd) and also the Soviet winter counter-offensive (Operation Uranus) that ended with the encirclement of 6th Army in Stalingrad and the destruction of the axis minor armies. With many improvements including the PBEM++ system, this is a release to watch for wargamers!

Soviet Front HQ

Can they not move? The manual says that STAVKA cannot move (unless a card is played), but nothing that I see about the other Front HQs.

Well normally they should be able to move. But there are special circumstances possible like the front having suffered a command & control loss (see event message) or if you play with hardcore supply rules on there might be aircraft with the front immobilizing it.

To give good feedback here i'll need a screenshot of the front in question.

best,
Vic

They actually can but they must have an airfield hex to land on.

The best workaround to avoiding this is attaching your air units directly under high-command OR to set replacements for the front to 0% and wait a few turns for the remaining aircraft to be assigned or send back to higher command.
