[WAD] Missing From OOB

I am playing Duelists - Build 460. Is it intended behavior for ships that are sunk to disappear from the OOB? I thought the OOB was a constant list held fixed as it was at the beginning of the scenario? Or is it intended for the units to move from the OOB to the losses list as they are destroyed?

IIRC Harpoon (hce at least) did that as well, the OOB just listed active units.

Correct, only active units.
