H2H-Continuation War Scen

This is a H2H modification of the Continuation War Fiction scenario posted earlier. This is a meeting engagement.

This is set up similar to the other except that approximately 1000 reinforcement points are available to both sides.

This means that versus the AI, the human player can purchase reinforcements of his choosing at any time and gain a force superiority over the enemy. If the human purchases reinforcements, the opponent will receive 25 percent of the total spent in points.

Note that this is NOT a historical scenario. It is designed for balanced play (a tough fight vs the AI from either side) or 2-player games.
