Cannot Download Update

Hello,

After reinstalling the game, I clicked on the "ckeck for update" button => Error: Update information for CMANO could not be downloaded. Please contact matrix games for help.
Is something wrong on my side or are the matrix servers down? I'd appreciate your help

I think I had a similar problem. My solution was to restart the game with 'Run as administrator' and the problem went away. Not to say our two issues are exactly identical and that is the solution but it worked for me.

You could just directly download the update manually instead if that would help?

Omg there is a company that still supports manual patch download? I wasn't even aware of the possibility :p
