My Bad Play results in Stuck Game

End of Turn (Jul/Aug 41) - Partisan placement phase.
Barbarossa beginners scenario.

2 partisans to place in any USSR hex enemy controlled however, there are NO enemy controlled hexes.
Just can't progress the game at this point.
Any ideas?

(needless to say, German High Command about to sack me)

The message panel of the Main form should show you the first hex available for placing a partisan on the map. I suspect you have missed Karelia.

Message panel on Main form give me no clue ... I did check all of Karilia to no avail.
I will send my saved game in to the email address and, when time permits, have a peek.

For now, I will just start a new scenario and try not to screw it up
