[460] Submarine with no power left evades at full speed

Hello,

in "Brother against Brother", my submarine had ran out of battery (not wise, OK) and was attacked by a torpedo. It ran away at full speed (below the layer, some 190 m deep, so on battery power).

Either there is some emergency power kept somewhere, or it's a bug.
