OK, Poland is conquered...I've never made it this far. I figured the Soviet's would move right into Eastern Poland but it belongs to Germany. Then I thought, OK, there must be a special option to move into Poland that I'll need to select...nope.

Did I need to have the Soviets declare war on Poland? How do I get the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact to trigger? [&:] Have I missed the boat and need to start over. [:@]

Russia needs to move into Eastern Poland BEFORE Poland is conquered. Russia cannot enter once Poland is overrun. So that is what you did wrong.
