qusetion on this game using user made content

hello
thinking about picking this one up esp if they go on sale in a few days. i played the heck out of the original panzer general back than. i am now more intrigued by allied or africa korps -this one because of the new scenarios in places i never fought in.

so if i purchase africa korp or allied corp and not panzer corp-wehrmacht will i be able to play the
user made scenarios found here and at slitherine website or do i have to have purchased panzer corp to use those scenarios/campaigns?
