Error during Soviet Set Up Barb. Scenario

I sent in the auto error log on this. I had to start my game over as the GAM I had saved previously was corrupted apparently from this error.

Something else that seemed odd to me is when I tried to delete the corrupted GAM file, Windows said MWIF still was using it even though MWIF was closed down
and not open in the Task Mgr open App's or Processes. I had to reboot so I could delete it.

This was solo play by the way.

I'm tracking these down as they come in. Some people are getting Delphi I/O 103 errors (unable to write to disk) when writing a saved game to the disk. What's weird is that they might never have had this problem and then it pops up. For example, one beta tester who's been beta testing for 7 years had this occur last week.

Like almost every bug I've ever encountered, it is confusing at first sight, but after it's figured out, you wonder why you didn't understand the problem within the first few seconds of seeing it. Slow it goes.

I fixed a problem yesterday with setting up the USSR in Barbarossa. I don't know if this was yours or not - a couple people ran into it.

The player hadn't set up any units yet and was looking at the Production Planning form using the Global Map. With a factory selected, he had clicked on the Route 1 radio button. That confused the program for about 3 different reasons.

I've added a check to avoid the fatal (non-fatal) error that the players encountered at that point. But you won't see it until version 1.0.5.

IIRC this came for me after I finished the Soviet land set up and hit End Phase button to proceed. Then the crash.
