Questions

Post by comsolut »

France and the CommonWealth are not cooperating. Cannot ship the BEF to France. Where can I change that (what phase) or did I miss an event?

Germany and Russia have a Neutrality Pact but when Germany conquered Poland, Russian did not get it's partition. Again, did I miss a decision, or does Russia need to exercise an option?

Is there a list of units destroyed during the game?

Thanks.

To send units into a Major Power Home Country which the unit does not cooperate with, the restrictions of the Foreign Troop Commitment rule must be met. Basically, you have to send in an HQ first, and then you can have additional units up to the reorganization value of the HQ.

Russia can occupy Eastern Poland by moving a unit into it during the movement step. Not sure if anything else is required in MWiF.

There is a pool of destroyed units to view for each turn, but probably not for the whole game, as units are either scrapped or returned to the Force Pools.

You have to satisfy the Foreign Troop Commitment rules to send units into France. This means that a CW HQ first has to enter France, after which you can add other CW units, with a maximum of the reorganisation value of the HQ. So if you send Gort over, you can add two other CW units into France (including naval and air...).

For Russia to occupy Eastern Poland, it has to move a land unit into any hex in Eastern Poland, before Germany has conquered Poland. Same with the Baltics. Move a land unit into those (after taking Eastern Poland) and the area becomes controlled by the USSR.

There is a destroyed pool for the turn, not for the entire game...
