Game issues ?

Hi.

I have issues in claming games from players not responding/playing over +30 days.

I have played several games against opponents, in which after my countries reach Morale=0, suddenly on te next turn the morale boost into 60%, 40% without any reason, allowing an extra defense. Why is this happening?
