ATR rebased allowed to resupply

In the same phase.
Rebased CW ATR to Egypt.
Was then able to fly and use 1 point to re-organize lands units.

Easy to Repeat with file.

Same phase, or same impulse? Rebasing an ATR in the Air Rebase phase, and then using that ATR to reorg is OK.

That sure is a change in the rules to me. Re-basing and flying re-org in the same impulse??? Was under the delusion that an air unit was only allowed 1 mission in an impulse.

Re-basing does not count as an air-mission? or Resupply?
Anyone with a rule chapter and verse i can read about this?

Both count as air missions for activity limits.

Check the Manuals folder in the game directory for game charts and rules.

Yes, i have been looking through the manuals.

The fact of using an American DC-3. Re-basing it 45 hexes and then using it to re-supply a unit 15 hexes away is astounding.
In the old days when a player flew a re-base, we turned it sideways to show it flew in the impulse. 1 impulse 1 mission 1 Aircraft now i see there is an exception. learning is fun.[X(]

Back in 4th edition an aircraft could not fly a mission the same impulse it rebased. Now the restriction is only one mission a step.
