Bessarabia claimed by USSR

So what is suppose to happen if Germany denies claim? Into the land movement for USSR and they can't enter Bessarabia .. are they not suppose to fight? Or is there another event where Rumania denies USSR?

Doing Netplay and trying to understand what should happen.

If Germany denies the primary claim, then the Soviets must immediately declare war on Rumania. At that point, the Soviets should be able to go into anywhere in Rumania that isn't blocked by enemy units. But it's not like walking into Eastern Poland, you have to make your demand during the DoW phase.

If germany declines or accepts the soviet player gets no feedback and nothing happens. another bug perhaps?

Ok well than there is a bug. The Sov player receives no indication on this. We've tried a few times and different answer to question. At this point I'd say another NetPlay bug. Very disappointing. Netplay is very half-baked. This is another part of the game that really should be working on release.
