[BUG] RC3: I can give take off orders/ change loadout to allied ACs

im using b478 on Shamal Scenario playing USAF.

this scenario have an allied CVBG, when i click on them, i can go to the Aircraft Screen and give take off orders and change the loadout of his ACs

I noticed that too in one of my games last night. I forget the scenario name, but US Navy and US Air Force are allies and I play as Air Force. I accidently launched a plane from the carriers, but could do nothing else with it.
