1.06 Autosave named wrong

Small issue but I'm sure easily fixed...

In 1.06 the Autosave for the DOW phase is now name " On Major Powers", not "Declaration...." like it used to. As such I couldn't figure out why I could not restore to that phase until I realized it was named something different.
