Hi- I just got my 3 volumes today. After going thru the first few pages my feeling is that I should wait until the "play using AI " is available. Is there ant estimate/guesstimate as to when this might be available? I know, I know, we have all waited years(if not decades) to get to this point, but -any time frames from Matrix, etc.? I hope it's soon, because I just shelled out over 100 USD for this game.Hugh Browne.

Just my personal opinion, but I would not expect this to be a quick win. Net Play has higher ranking in importance, and there are still bugs to sort out in solitaire mode. I would either begin to get to grips with this puppy through solitaire or be prepared to shelve for many months yet.

Just my 2 cents but from bitter past experience I do not expect Steve to set himself any more deadlines for these things - but he will continue to provide his monthly update reports.

I would expect that at the earliest it would be a year away, but honestly expect it to be more.

My advice? Dig in to the solitaire mode to learn the game. That will take a few months time. Then go find a netplay partner and discover that you don't know anything at all!

That's my plan at least.
