Can and how is screen resolution adjustable?

What size screen are you on and what specifically are you trying to do? I'm also going to move this to Tech Support forum.

Wasn't sure where it belonged.

I'm finding that on my monitor the information in the Battle Information Center/Unit Display Panel often runs off the bottom by just a little, like a couple of lines. Meaning I'm always having to mouse over and mess with the slider bar. Was thinking maybe I could experiment with different resolutions to make the text a little smaller so more information would fit better.
