I don't want others to make the mistake I just made:

When rolling for Vichy, French Polynesia is not a "Pacific minor or territory", it is an "other minor or territory". The reason for this is that in the board version of WiF, it is on the American mini-map, not the Pacific map. However, I had forgotten this, and so sent a chunk of the French fleet there. Unfortunately, "Pacific" is not defined in RAC; I just did a search for the word, and, unlike French West Africa and French Equatorial Africa, it is not defined.

Polynesia sure looks like its in the Pacific, doesn't it? [:)]
