Soviet ground combat

My friend and I were playing netplay and we are having a problem. When the Soviets are resolveing combat we are unable to complete all combats. We constantly check for the same game#.

We were using v1.07. And this was a new game. If that makes a difference.
This does seem to be a reoccurring problems for us.
