Supply in Malta

Hello,

I play with SiF option 11 (Limited Overseas supply). Italy is at war with CW. I have a German paradrop in Malta, and italian ships including a convoy in Italian Coast.

Why is my para out of supply? There are CW ships in the other Mediterranean sea areas, while the port of La Valetta have to be repaired, but this should not matter... BTW the italian milicia in Cagliari is fully supplied.

No, it isn't.

After looking at the threads pointed by Ktarn, I suspect that it is the very same bug than discussed there.
