Naval Damage bug

I just had a naval combat where the Richelieu suffered first an X and then a D in one round of combat. It rolled a 2 to save on the D. The Richelieu's normal damage rating is a 1. Since the Richelieu was damaged, its damage rating should have increased to two, and it should have been sunk. As it was, the program thought it was aborted, damaged. I have seen other units have their damage rating increased by one when damaged, but for some reason it did not happen here, possibly because the second attack on the ship occurred in same round as the first attack on the ship.

I am not including a game file, because you do not want to make all the die rolls that preceded this battle; just do a battle where the same ship gets damaged and attacked again in the same round of naval combat.
