game freezes

game freezes and goes all white with red x across screen and gives me this possible bug report and says to report it to you guys. thanks scott

Thanks for reporting this Scott and sorry this happened!

Can you confirm what version of the Command you are running (top middle of your screen) and please make sure your prerequisites have been installed. You can run these from the prerequisite folder.
