Patch problem

after unzipping and trying to install i get an error.

"This application has failed to start because rtl140.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem"

First, why?

Second, if i reinstall will i lose my saved games?
Not to keen on doing that really.

Same happened to me. I then realized the file is not an install, its just the game exec. You just copy it into the game directory, and overwrite the old exec.
