Cancel Naval Move

I seem to have a hard time doing this. I pick a unit up and can't ESC out of the move like for land and air. Am I missing something? I'm not doing CTRL or anything and just picking it up and changing my mind.

I just tested this and ESC worked fine for me.

What phase of the game? What major power? Which unit(s)? etc.

A screenshot would answer most of those questions.

Yea I reloaded a save and worked fine for awhile for any Naval unit. Doing Brit Naval Movement in Decline and Fall. I then used CTRL for a TRS port pick up and then ever Naval unit (SCS, TRS, etc.) after that the ESC did nothing. Best I have so far... Almost like it is remembering the CTRL or something.

OK very repeatable now. Move a LND unit from a port to sea using a TRS at another port requiring the CRTL key to do so. Next Naval unit after that can't use ESC. Save the Game and then reload and it goes away again until CTRL is used again.
