Difficulties to assign a new homebase to an airgroup

Hello,

While playing Green Tide, I found impossible to assign to a new home base (actually to Lanzarote airport)a group of four F/A-18 that had take-off from Gran Canaria airport. Eventually, to succeed it, I had to dismantled the group and to order each plane separately to its new home base. Is it normal or not?
