Question. I did a search for this but came up with nada.

Can the distance between two points be set to zero.

For instance, if a map is too tall can it be cut in half and a path from one half to the other be made set at zero distance. So you don't pay movement points to go from one half, along a trail of hexes, to the other half?

If duct tape doesn't fix it then you are not using enough duct tape.

Nope.

Using Sea Transport is probably the only way to get close.
