Screen colour change at torpedo impact

Here's a strange graphical glitch (Build 484).

I was engaging a submarine contact with an air-dropped Mk46. At the exact moment of impact the sea turned from its normal colour to a pale greyish-white.



Zooming out showed the entire world is now whitish, whether land or sea. pausing, zooming, changing layers, etc. made no difference, but reloading the game fixed the problem.

Has anyone else seen such an event?
