Check for Update Error

I've never been able to use the check for update feature, have just manually retrieved and installed. Did a complete reinstall and its still happening. Any ideas?

Just get:

"Error: Update Information for World in Flames could not be downloaded. Please contact Matrix Games for help."

Please check your Internet Security package settings if it is not blocking the connections between the update feature and ftp server.
Usually that's the most common cause.
