Soviet Air Force deployment?

I'm looking for some info on Soviet air deployments at the end of the Cold war. I have found this site:

Which has a wealth of info, but its a bit of a hunt & peck to get the right ones.

For instance, using Wiki I know that the 76th Air Army VVS and the 6th Air Def Army PVO were associated with the Leningrad Mil District, and I also know that some VVS Regts were attached to the Baltic and the Red Banner Northern fleet.

I can almost pin down which Regts are in these formations with some hunting. What I don't really have an idea of is the depth. What formations could reinforce, from where?

Does anyone have an easy to follow site which has a consolidated list of which units were where? (linked to a map would help [;)])

A question on doctrine, did the VVS etc stick rigidly to the organizations, i.e. did the Air Divisions maintain a constant OOB for years, or were Regts grouped in and out of the Divisions routinely for specific operations or exercises?

I really appreciate the help.
