How do I check or change what regime goes first in a scenario?

Usually it is the one that is the first in the list of regimes shown at the beginning of the game, where you choose which are AI and human played.

There is an experimental (and not often used) setting that allows this to be different. That one is located on the screen that first shows up in the Setng part of the editting menu.

Thanks, the problem is when I edit scenarios sometimes it changes who goes first.

Yes, I have had that problem too once in a while.

It is that setting in Setng that changes... for some reason...

without doing a lot of testing it looked like if you put more stuff in the game on map it changes randomly. I added a Hqs with cargo ships.

If i recall correctly i only had troubles when i adjusted HQs...
