Unit Counter Background Color

What color code is it using for the "Unit Counter Background Color"? trying to make some changes on the American User data spreadsheet.

John there is a value near the bottom of the National tab in the data. It is a Delphi RGB. Code.. The upcoming 2.03 update will allow the use of a graphic for the background allowing for much easier modification and design.
