Bugs during Netplay global war air supply causing hang up of the game

Post by firmir »

During AXIS transporter resupply mission (with Ju) the AXIS player get's a toggling effect on all his flags in the main window and the game hangs up.
The failure is reproducible.

I would like to work on this using your saved games but they do not match. As you can see in the screenshot, I renamed the files (and guessed at which one was for the Axis and which was for the Allies).

What I need to use your saved game is two files, one GAM file for the Axis player and one GAM file for the Allied player, where the Next Entry Numbers for both files are identical. That way (after running a little utility program to change the player names) I can restore one GAM file on one of my computers and the other GAM file on another computer and 'see' exactly what both players see when they encounter the problem. The added advantage is that after I make changes to the code, I can rerun your saved games and prove to myself that the code changes have solved the problem.

Sorry, the saved game got overwritten during following tries. I'll try to reproduce the error in a different scenario.
