1.03 Updater Can't Find Civil War 2

What? It's installed in the default directory. I've read the various solutions in another thread. Too disparate and works for some and not others.

Appears the updater is hosed. Is matrix gonna fix it?

Sorry - but as good as Civil War is having to jump thru hoops to install a patch is just plain unacceptable.

Is there a solution that actually works that doesn't involve uninstalling, reinstalling, repatching (where does one get the old patches anyway) and then hoping the same thing doesn't happen all over (and why wouldn't it - we've already done that since original purchase).

What's the FIX?

Aside: Can the patch be downloaded from Matrix's FTP site and manually installed? That'd probably work.

There is downloadable patch both here and on the AGEOD forum. It worked for me after in game update failed to find Civil war on my computer.
