Spotting Own Hex

Not sure if this is a bug, but it would never happen in a ftf board game.

It's possible to select the Spotting action, then accidentally click on the hex the spotting unit occupies, and the action will be burned. Kind of a pain, especially with a touchy mouse. :-)
