Boardgame vs Computer Versions

Post by surfcandy »

Hi I just purchased Heroes of Stalingrad. I noticed that the computer version has 120 PDF pages in the game manual compared to the 35 pages in the board game version.I saw there are some additions that I briefly read are added to the computer version and I'm sure manual format has something to do with it but why the vast difference in pages?

There are lots of pages just dealing with installing, loading and setup for the PC. Also there are some pages that deal with the example play through.
None of these are in the board game rule book.

Also the PC manual is formatted for 5.5x8.5 where as the board game manual is 8.5x11.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
