Finished Stalinggrad worth buying new tanks also Strat bomber question?

I finished Stalingrad in the base game campaign and have 6 of the best Panzer IV's and the next scenario gives me tons of new tank options. I upgraded all my artillery, infantry, and Ju's to the best options available (it was cheap). Should I buy some of the new expensive tanks?! I have about 7.5k in reserve.

With a strategic bomber is there any way to see how much prestige I take when I bomb a victory hex? I have a pretty powerful overpowered bomber that I use to mostly take tank and artillery ammo and fuel from. I was wondering if I could use this to bleed the Russian's dry of prestige.
