Save/Load bug

I found out that if you lose the initiative roll and save the game during your [second] half of the rally phase, upon loading that save you will start in your rally phase, but now you will be deemed to have won the initiative. The opponent will get another rally phase, and you will then get the first action.

Are you still on 1.03 or earlier? I believe I fixed this in 1.04. Thanks.
