A quick question, is it possible to build new Small Garrisons? And if yes, how?

If a unit type is not "displayed" on the Production Panel, there is NO way of building it. Maybe in a future patch.

This new land unit represents your home guard or militia, they protect your cities behind your frontlines, they can't be built so what you start with you keep. They are weak in attack, but slightly better in defence to reflect street to street city defence, they can't be upgraded but they can be repaired!

It could be an option to make them a production unit, for a future patch.[;)]
Make it so!

Guys,

These unit skew the battles - local militia forces would need to be upgraded to fight on the front line.

In order for the AI to stop using them as 1st line troops can any rules be developed to upgrade these from small garrison - to garrison - to infantry (at a pp cost - simulating training).
