TF too big for port

When creating a TF if it's too big to dock it used to undock. Although you get a message saying it is too big it does not neessarily undock so you can continue to add ship. This does not happen every time and I can't pin it down as to when it happens.

Not sure I would consider this a bug. I often use this capability to quickly fill a TF up to the size of the port.

The way it appears to work with the latest patch is a message will popup when you try and add a ship that causes the TF to overstack. The ship isn't added but the TF will or should undock. You can continue adding ships to the now undocked TF. Problem is sometimes it doesn't undock.
