What is it. Again I checked the manual but could find nothing.

Instead of rolling for initiative at the start of a turn, you roll at the start of every impulse. Makes for some crazy games. Fun stuff with the right scenario.

but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
