-The long ready times and distance from the base made my Mysteres ineffective. Never found the convoy, mainly because I held my P2V back for fear of it getting shot down after the first Algerian planes appeared and kept my ships too far to the north. The only enemy vessels I found were an Algerian trawler and an Egyptian minesweeper. My frigate was unscathed in the whole engagement, while my destroyer was damaged somewhat, first in a clash with the minesweeper, and then by near-misses from the Algerian bombs.

Especially since I'm learning about the Algerian War, this was an interesting scenario. Much thanks to Mgellis for making it.
