I can't create Corps: WAD or bug?

Well, I can't create more corps (autumn 1862). I reread the manual and the last 1.03 patch notes but I could not find anything regarding corps limits.

I have the right bosses but it is not working. Even more, I did this test. I disbanded a corps. Then tried to form it again but the option was grayed out.

So is this normal?

Have you continued a 1.02. save game. If you did, there is a save game compatibility qucikfix posted here http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.p ... -new-corps
