how to save scenarios with new install?

I have a tendency to take shortcuts. I did not do a fresh install I just downloaded patch upgrade over existing game.

I need to start over as EF campaign crashes at last turn of first scenario.

I have dozens of scenarios I have downloaded over the years from Blitz website. Some are not H2H and are not in the upgrade.

How do I start over and save them to transfer to new install? Do I name the new game something different? Suggestions?
