This seems to be a viable strategy now, and should be fixed somehow in my view. The teams definitely fare very differently in different tracks and you should't be able to camp at a "good" track for 20 races to boost your purse and your fame.

there is no limit, but prices goes down a bit for every victory you achieve, until reaching a minimum of half the original amount

Completely agree. I like the idea of decreasing prize money for racing too many times at a track. Maybe fame should be handled in the same way.

Well, fame earned depends on denarius earned, so it is handled the same way [;)]

I had no idea that fame and denarius were linked. I thought fame was based strictly on 1st place finishes for your team.
