Stuck on commit sub phase

Ok the germans just took a combined and moved several air and navs to the bay of bisc.

Several brit fighters have flown in response to the zero and 1 box.

It then switches to active side commit subs.. only problem there are no subs in the sea zone.

If I reload the game it shows as the cw active and still stuck on the commit sub phase. Oddly enough I can undo the cw reaction with air but it sticks on the same phase.

edit: running version 1.1.4.1

edit2: just tried where I didn't fly any reaction cw air and it sticks in the same phase.
